At ISRM we believe that our members represent the true professional face of sport and recreation and just as we think you should be able to recruit the best we like to ensure our members are offered the best career opportunities direct.

We would never claim to be the biggest, but if you are looking for the best then ISRM appointments is for you. All our members work in public or private sector management and operation of swimming pools, leisure centres, and as sports development officers, national governing bodies of sport and those working in programmes linked to school sport.

ISRM works hard to uphold professional standards of membership, and encourages training and continuing professional development (CPD). All our members have either qualified through examination or have joined as Associate and Full Members under our Accreditation of Prior Achievement scheme, where applicants’ qualifications, experience and commitment to CPD are thoroughly vetted. This ensures that you are advertising to suitably qualified personnel.

Your vacancy will be circulated by post to all ISRM members as an individual A4 mono advert and if you require, it can also appear on the ISRM website at no extra cost (subject to suitable copy - see right). Publication and copy dates are detailed below.

Copy requirements

Maximum advertisement size is 160mm (width) by 230mm (height). Please supply your artwork in one of the following formats:
• Adobe Acrobat PDF
• Hi resolution JPEG
• Microsoft Word document
• Bromide or flat artwork

Advertisements that require setting are charged at studio rate £25.00. Those customers wishing to have their vacancy listed on ISRM’s website MUST supply a ‘plain text’ Microsoft Word file of their advert, which does not include graphics, frames or tables.
