ISRM Consultancy: Review of pool lifeguard numbers
ISRM Consultants are pleased to offer an exciting new service to assist pool operators. Many pools can have a mix of both over and under lifeguard provision due to the programme of use and the relative complexities of the published industry guidance available. We offer a one day on site assessment to review lifeguard numbers and positions for all the various sessions that are anticipated and at the same time to consider how best the programme can be developed to minimise the impact on staffing requirements, rotas etc. This is backed up by assistance in developing shift rotas and a written report confirming that lifeguard provision meets industry guidelines for safety.
