All those on the accredited CPD member directory have demonstrated a commitment to continuing professional development as an experienced sports & recreation professional. To achieve this recognition members have:

Prepared a personal development plan (PDP)
Identified opportunities throughout the year to gain and update knowledge in accordance with the PDP.
Diligently recorded these activities.
Submitted their CPD to the ISRM Administrator.
Their submission has been verified by a colleague or line manager.
They have acquired a minimum of 100 CPD points.
Their submission has been assessed by an experienced ISRM member of staff and feedback has been given.
